Tottenham expert swipes at ‘complete and utter mess’ after source’s Conte reveal
Antonio Conte will not leave Tottenham to join Juventus who are a “complete and utter mess”.
That is according to Spurs expert John Wenham, who regularly breaks news about the club on his Lilywhite Rose social media channels.
As quoted by Football.London on Tuesday (18 October), Conte has claimed “my contract is not in this moment important”.

As revealed by Football Insider on 8 October, Tottenham are in talks with Conte over an extension that would be worth in excess of £20m – equivalent to around £400,000-a-week – and make him the best-paid manager in the Premier League.
The 53-year-old is under contract until the end of this season after signing a one-and-a-half-year deal when he joined Spurs in November.
Wenham is in no doubt about Conte signing a new deal despite links with a return to Juventus.
“It won’t be a surprise to see him sign a new deal, not at all,” Wenham told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild.
“I know there are links with Juventus but they seem to be a complete and utter mess at the moment, much to my delight.
“Yes, he is very happy at Tottenham. He is onto a good thing here, at a club where he is respected highly by the fanbase and the ownership of the club.
“This is a club that is going places and has ambition. We have backed him in the transfer window as well so I do think he will sign that new deal and I think we are onto a very good thing with him.
“At home games, I just know that we are going to win. He has installed this belief in the players and the fans. He’s a top-five manager in world football.”

Conte replaced Nuno Espirito Santo after a dismal start to the 2021-22 season.
He led Spurs to a fourth-placed finish during his first season in charge.
