'Bad decisions continue' - Tottenham fans rage as mainstay is axed for clash v Everton
By Danny Wright
Tottenham fans have destroyed Mauricio Pochettino after he decided to axe Mousa Dembele from his squad to play Everton at Goodison on Saturday.
Spurs announced on their official Twitter account prior to kick-off that Dembele, 30, had been relegated to the bench despite playing 90 minutes of all of their matches so far this season.

Dembele is widely seen as one of the key men in the Tottenham midfield that makes the squad click together due to his tireless displays in the engine room.
He made his 200th total appearance for the North London club in their last Premier League outing against Burnley before the international break and fans seem to be in the belief that Pochettino has made the wrong call to axe him for Saturday’s testing trip to Everton.
Here is a selection of their tweets:

Dembele was in top form last season as Tottenham achieved their highest ever Premier League finish by coming runners-up to Chelsea.
He made 39 appearances across all competitions and was rarely placed on the bench in the league unless he was recovering from an injury.
Pochettino may be looking towards the mid-week clash with Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League after taking the decision to axe the Belgium international, who no doubt a mainstay of the squad in the big games.
In other Tottenham news, one of Dembele’s former team-mates has blasted him for being lazy.
