'My head is spinning' - Tottenham fans react to surprise Pochettino decision v Liverpool
By Russell Edge
Tottenham fans have taken to social media to react to news that both Serge Aurier and Kieran Trippier have been named in the starting line up for their clash against Liverpool on Sunday.
The north London side revealed Mauricio Pochettino’s starting XI via their official Twitter account, confirming that there were three changes to the side which started against Real Madrid in midweek.

Trippier, Dele Alli and Heung-min Son all returned, taking the places of Eric DIer, Moussa Sissoko and Fernando Llorente, all who started in midweek.
Pochettino’s decision to start both Trippier and Serge Aurier will come as a surprise to many, as despite having two natural left backs on the bench in the shape of Danny Rose and Ben Davies, one of the right backs will be starting on the opposite flank.
Fans were left bemused by the decision made, and took to Twitter to voice their confusion.

Trippier on the wing so he can cross and Aurier RB so he can get sent off and give them a peno is clearly the formation

Unexpected line up. Thought we'd need Dier in mf. Could be Aurier lb to counter salah pace.
COME ON YOU SPURS!

Finding the starting 11 a bit odd with Aurier on the left and Davies and Rose on the bench!

Aurier started against Real Madrid on Tuesday but endured a hit and miss performance, delivering the cross which led to the own goal from Raphael Varane, before making a needless lunge to foul Toni Kroos and give Real the chance to equalise from the penalty spot.
It will be his first Premier League appearance since being sent off for two yellow cards against West Ham, as he sat on the bench for their last league outing against Huddersfield.
