Toby Alderweireld, Danny Rose, Victor Wanyama and Erik Lamela come in for Ben Davies, Eric Dier, Mousa Dembele and Heung-min Sonas Spurs look to make the most of their game in hand over top four rivals Liverpool and leapfrog Jurgen Klopp’s side into third, as well as extending their lead over London counterparts Chelsea, who are chasing back in fifth.
Pochettino’s men sit just one point behind the Reds, knowing that their fortunes lie in their own hands, with a financial boost the primary benefit as both third and fourth will result in qualification to the Champions League group stages next season.
However, it was the shock decision to line up in what appears to be a back three, having operated with a with a traditional back four for much of the campaign, which had fans raving on Twitter, with Alderweireld returning to the starting XI in place of Eric Dier.

West Brom need three points and for results elsewhere to go their way if they are to stand any chance of securing the unlikeliest of rescues from relegation, currently sitting five points from safety with just two games left to play.
The reverse meeting at Wembley ended 1-1, Harry Kane cancelling out an early Salomon Rondon goal.
In other Tottenham news, the club are set for a massive profit from a sensational summer swoop.
