By Harvey Byrne

Striker Vincent Janssen played just 29 minutes of Tottenham’s victory over Swansea on Wednesday evening, but Spurs fans were very impressed with what they saw.

The Holland international has not been without his critics in his debut season in England having scored just five goals in 32 outings for the north London club in all competitions.

However, after entering the field on the 61st minute for Moussa Sissoko with the scoreline stood at 1-0 to the Swans at the Liberty Stadium he wowed supporters as the team finished 3-1 victors in Wales.

Janssen provided the assist for Tottenham’s second goal and many fans on social media were keen to hail him for his role in the win.

One fan shared that he completely changed the game, while others were quick to nominate him for man of the match.
