Tottenham star Dominic Solanke reacts to Tammy Abraham’s Besiktas message
Tottenham striker Dominic Solanke has reacted to former Chelsea and AC Milan star Tammy Abraham’s Besiktas message.
Abraham has fallen out of favour at Roma and spent last season on loan with fellow Serie A giants AC Milan.
The 11-cap England international made 44 appearances for the San Siro side last term, scoring 10 goals across all competitions.
But the striker struggled in the Italian top flight, notching just three goals in 28 Serie A outings, and will hope to establish better form in the Turkish Super Lig.

Tottenham star Solanke reacts as Abraham shares Besiktas post
After struggling for Milan last season, Chelsea academy graduate Abraham joined Besiktas on loan on Wednesday, 2 July.
Meanwhile, the 27-year-old took to Instagram on Tuesday, 8 July, to reveal that he is settling in well to his new surroundings as he shared training photos captioned: “Work begins.”
The striker’s post attracted a like from Solanke, who will hope to hit the ground running under new Tottenham boss Thomas Frank.
Abraham will excel at Besiktas
Football Insider verdict
Even though Abraham struggled in front of goal in Serie A last season, there is no reason why the former Premier League hotshot cannot rekindle his clinical tendencies in Turkiye.

Similarly to the ex-Aston Villa man, Napoli striker Victor Osimhen previously excelled in the Italian top flight, but fell out of favour with his club.
The 26-year-old consequently joined Galatasaray on loan last term, and managed an impressive return of 37 goals in 41 appearances for the Istanbul giants.
Osimhen’s form in the Super Lig is indicative that Abraham can thrive at Besiktas despite his form at the San Siro last season.
While Abraham could not help Milan finish higher than eighth in Serie A last term, he is now set to help Besiktas qualify for next term’s Europa League.
The ex-Chelsea forward has an early opportunity to get on the scoresheet for his new club when they face Austrian side Wolfsberger in a pre-season friendly on 16 July.
