Tottenham tipped to complete three new signings after Kieran Maguire’s nine-figure reveal – pundit
Danny Mills has tipped Tottenham to sign three players, including two on loan-to-buy deals, in the January transfer window.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the ex-Man City and England defender insisted Daniel Levy will not give Antonio Conte the licence to spend big during the winter window.
Finance guru Kieran Maguire has told Football Insider that Spurs can spend “£400million over the next three years” before breaking any financial fair play rules.

Spurs have been notoriously low spenders in the transfer market in recent years meaning, in theory, they could splash the cash in January.
“You do know that Daniel Levy is in charge of the purse strings!” Mills joked to Football Insider correspondent Connor Whitley.
“I don’t think Conte will spend big in January, he might get one signing and a couple of loans with a view to permanent deals. That will be about it.
“Daniel Levy is a shrewd operator, we know how careful he is with the purse strings. He’s not about to go and start splashing the cash and throwing that around.
“Everyone knows a club that has money and wants to buy means the prices will go up and the prices will be inflated in January.
“It’s often better to wait until the end of the season. Also, integrating them mid-season is never easy either.”

Tottenham spent almost £50million on Emerson Royal and Bryan Gil in the summer transfer window.
Pierluigi Gollini and Cristian Romero both arrived on loan-to-buy deals from Serie A side Atalanta.
