Charlton will demand that any deal for Ademola Lookman must see him loaned back to them for the remainder of the season, according to a report.
London-based news outlet London News Online have claimed that the Addicks do not want to lose the 19-year-old, but interest is growing for the youngster from side’s higher up.
It is stated that Everton are the latest Premier League outfit to show an interest in the England under-20 international.
The current League One side were demanding £10million in late August for the teenager, who almost made a late move to Crystal Palace.
He has since remained at the Valley, where has scored five goals in 17 encounters for the club this season.

Lookman has a contract at Charlton until June 2020, which will help Russell Slade’s side to negotiate a good deal for one of their bright prospects.
Although, with the wealth rising each year in the Premier League £10million will mean little to Everton who were also boosted by Farhad Moshiri’s takeover in the summer.
The Toffees are looking to add young stars to their development teams and they could be keen to strike a similar deal for Lookman as they did for Dominic Calvert-Lewin from Sheffield United in the summer.
In other Everton transfer news, Barcelona could beat the Toffees to this signing.
