Valakari believes striker Rangers have reportedly agreed fee for is similar to PL star

Former Finland international Simo Valakari believes that heavily linked Rangers target Alfredo Morales is a similar player to Premier League star Harry Kane.
The Scottish Sun reported on Friday that the Glasgow heavyweights had agreed a deal with Finnish top-flight club HJK Helsinki worth a massive £1million.
Manager Pedro Caixinha has looked to overhaul his squad this summer, but he still has not yet brought in an out and out goal scorer, which many felt the Gers were missing in the last campaign.
However, Valakari has issued an exciting verdict on potential new signing Morales stating that he will bring goals with him, while stating he is similar in his play to Kane.
“He’s the best player in the country by far,” told Valakari, as quoted by the Evening Times.

“Without him HJK wouldn’t be top of the league. He’s scored most of the goals and brings a presence for the team. Other teams pay so much attention to Alfredo and that creates space for everyone else.
“Am I surprised he’s still there? Potentially in the January transfer window but the club had a plan to give him a long pre-season to allow him to start strongly. Now he has more opportunities with more teams interested in him.
“I can still see Rangers are a huge club but they could sell him on definitely. He will bring goals for Rangers and a good player for them. They can build around him because he will score goals.
“Internationally he’s similar to Harry Kane. He can shoot with both feet, is good in the air too, but he works hard for the team.
“He can link up and pass. He reminds me a lot of him.”
Morelos has helped current club HJK Helsinki top the Finnish top-flight after 12 matches in the current season with a stunning return of 12 goals in 12 matches.
In all competitions he has managed to strike 21 goals in 25 outings and he is believed to have been recommended to Rangers by former Finland international and assistant Jonatan Johnasson.
It is certainly a big compliment to be compared to Kane these days too with the England international topping the Premier League goal charts for two consecutive seasons with 54 goals in 68 matches across both campaigns.
In other Rangers transfer news, Caixinha is in regular contact with goalscoring midfielder.
