Kenny makes bold Allardyce prediction after big West Brom manager development
Sam Allardyce will stay at the Hawthorns next season and guide West Brom to Championship promotion.
That is according to ex-Premier League shot-stopper Paddy Kenny, speaking exclusively to Football Insider after the Telegraph reported that Allardyce and the West Brom board are set for talks regarding his future as manager.
That comes after Football Insider revealed last week that Allardyce is ready to stay on regardless of what division the Baggies find themselves in next season.
It is widely reported that Allardyce, who took over as boss in December, has a break clause in his contract in the event of relegation.
Albion are 10 points from safety with just four matches remaining, though they have lost just three of their last 10 matches.
Kenny predicts the 66-year-old will stay on and lead West Brom to instant re-promotion in 2021-22.

“You’d like to think he would stay and I think he will,” he told Football Insider correspondent Adam Williams.
“He is the sort of manager who can get them straight back up to the Premier League again.
“The results have been a lot better lately. I’m sure if he stays they have a way better chance of getting promoted with him on board as opposed to someone else.
“They don’t want to start again and get a new manager who has to get to know everyone.”
Allardyce has never been relegated from the Premier League as a manager.
He has overseen Bolton, Newcastle, Blackburn, West Ham, Sunderland, Crystal Palace, Everton and West Brom in the top-flight.
