Sky Sports’ Scottish football pundits Ian Crocker and Andy Walker have been predicting the upcoming Scottish Premiership games over the next three days.
Both men have tipped Rangers to narrowly defeat Dundee at Dens Park tonight, but they differ on which player will have the most impact on the game.
Talking on Sky Sports, Crocker is tipping a 2-1 win for Rangers. His key man is Ryan Jack, who needs to “dig deep after a shock loss to Hamilton”.
Walker is also tipping a 2-1 victory for the Gers, and his key man is Alfredo Morelos. Walker is still a fan despite the striker being on a goal drought – he hasn’t scored for nine games.
Walker claims, “He showed his quality earlier in the season so will find scoring boots soon.”
Morelos had a poor game in the defeat to Hamilton, missing a host of good chances.
Rangers are currently in fourth place in the Scottish Premiership. They are a point behind Hibs – with a game in hand – but perhaps more importantly they currently sit three points behind second-placed Aberdeen.
Rangers and Aberdeen meet in a double-header next week, with the first game at Ibrox on Wednesday night and the second at Pittodrie next Sunday.
In the latest Rangers news, Graeme Murty has confirmed that Carlos Pena will return to the Rangers squad for tonight’s game against Dundee
