Wolves fans are shocked as Paul Lambert has made one change to the starting line-up for Friday’s meeting with Birmingham in the Championship.

Richard Stearman returns to the starting line up over Kortney Hause and many supporters cannot understand why the former Aston Villa boss has made the switch.

Hause was a key part of the side that put in an admirable performance against Chelsea in the FA Cup last week but he has not even made it on to the bench for the clash with Birmingham.

Despite losing 2-0 and being knocked out of the competition, fans were very pleased with how their side performed and hoped that Hause’s efforts would have been enough to secure him a place in Friday’s line-up.

Fans also believe that Romain Saiss should be a starting feature every week for Wolves, but he only makes the bench for the West Midlands crunch match.

Hause has made 18 first team appearances for the Black Country side this season and has scored two goals in the process.

He is an England Under-21 regular and has made nine appearances for the Young Lions.

Despite being just 21-years-of-age, Hause has made a total of 62 appearances for the Wolves first team, but he will not have the chance to build on that on Friday.
