Odsonne Edouard delivers heartfelt message to Celtic fans after hat-trick heroics
New Celtic hero Odsonne Edouard has revealed the secret to his success.
The French under-21 international bagged a hat-trick in Celtic’s 5-1 win over Motherwell at Celtic Park as the Hoops made it 67 domestic matches unbeaten.
Talking to Celtic’s official Twitter account after today’s game, the 19-year-old revealed that working hard was the key as he waited to get a first-team start for the Hoops.
He said: “I am happy to work hard every day and that’s my job and the results come after that.
“I know I am still young and have to work hard, but I feel I have improved since I have come to the club.”

Moussa Dembele and Leigh Griffiths are still the main strikers for Celtic and Dembele – if he’s fit – will be the man to start up-front, with Edouard moving back to the bench, and back to the third choice striker.
The Bhoys are clear favourites to earn a place in the Euopa League after Christmas, as they sit in third place in their Champions League group, currently three points and three goals ahead of the Belgian champions.
In other Celtic news, Edouard was deservedly given a 9/10 in the match ratings for today’s game
