Arsenal midfielder Charlie Gilmour has sent a message to new Rangers signing Ovie Ejaria – telling the Liverpool youngster he will “smash it” at Ibrox.
“Yesss my guy! I’m 100% sure you’ll smash it at Rangers,” Gilmour said on his personal Twitter account.

Ejaria penned a season-long loan deal with the Gers after agreeing on a new long-term Liverpool contract on Thursday.
The 20-year-old will join up with his new team-mates when they return for pre-season training on June 15th.
Football Insider verdict:
Gilmour seems to think highly of Ejaria and hopefully he can live up to the hype at Ibrox. The 20-year-old seems to be highly-regarded at Anfield too and he can put in the sort of form that will win him a first-team place at Liverpool next season. The Gers need a good start to the campaign and getting Ejaria in with plenty of time to spare before the Gers’ first-game of the season is a good move. Rangers will also be desperate to avoid a repeat of last year’s European humiliation against Progres Niederkorn. With four new signings in already, it is going to be a busy summer at Ibrox and the Light Blues will hope to get as much of their transfer business done as early as possible. Ejaria will likely only be the first player to move from Liverpool to Ibrox and it seems that the Steven Gerrard appointment is paying dividends for the Gers already.
