Ejaria has been joined by six other new signings this summer as Gerrard rebuilds the side he inherited on June 1st.
Before heading to Ibrox, Liverpool handed the youngster a new four-year contract at Anfield and the 20-year-old will be hoping to impress Jurgen Klopp during his year in Scotland.
Football Insider verdict:
Ejaria is the most intriguing prospect of all of Gerrard’s signings as he is something of an unknown quantity. The 20-year-old can play in a number of positions and will be keen now to get down to work and meet his new teammates as they prepare for the start of their season next month. The midfielder could find it hard to get straight into the starting XI but has the quality to make an impact at Ibrox and be an important member of Gerrard’s squad. Despite being a few days behind the rest of the squad, it shouldn’t take long for Ejaria to get up to speed and will no doubt have one eye on the Europa League clash with FK Shpuki on July 12th to make his Gers debut. Gerrard is obviously a big fan of the player and that could stand him in good stead as it comes to getting a starting XI place.
