Agbonlahor: Aston Villa are undervaluing Grealish by £50m+ as new details emerge
Aston Villa should not accept a penny less than £130million for Jack Grealish, according to Gabby Agbonlahor.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, Villa’s record Premier League goalscorer claimed a £130million fee could help the club replace their talismanic captain.
Football Insider revealed today (4 August) Man City are set to pay an initial £75million fee rising to £100m with add-ons.
The England star is undergoing a medical today ahead of the blockbuster move being finalised.
“I don’t think it’s enough,” Agbonlahor told Football Insider correspondent Connor Whitley.
“I’ve always said, £130million. I’ve said that for the past couple of years now.

“We talk about Harry Kane being worth £130million but Grealish is two years younger so I’d put him at the same level as Kane, £130million.
“When you look at what Grealish leaving would do to Aston Villa as a team that’s where the value goes up.
“Other teams have star players so the value of their players is not as much.
“But Grealish means so much to Aston Villa, everything goes through him. He’s the main player. What are you going to get to replace him
“If Villa sold Grealish for £75million, what are you going to get for that? Even if it’s two or three players how can they replace Grealish?
“That’s why, if I’m Aston Villa, I’m overpricing him at £130million. Then maybe we can go out there and get a £60million player and a £30million player then we can try and get back on track.
“For me, it should be £130million.”
