Leeds appear to have completed the signing of attacker Pawel Cibicki from Malmo after pictures surfaced on social media of him signing a contract with Victor Orta at Elland Road.
Cibicki, 23, was also snapped holding a Leeds shirt with his name and the number 22 on the back by the goalposts at the Yorkshire stadium.
Engage Sport Media employee Chris Taylor who ‘powers the numbers behind Leeds’ according to his personal Twitter account posted the pictures on Wednesday night.

Yorkshire Evening Post reporter Lee Sobot claimed on his personal Twitter account on Wednesday that a number of elite clubs had been keeping close tabs on the former Sweden Under-21 international with Leeds’ bitter rivals Manchester United among them.
The Daily Mail has also recently reported that Cibicki is on his way to Elland Road in a £1.5million deal before the transfer window slams shut on Thursday night.
The report added that Pierre-Michel Lasogga, 25, is close to joining the Whites on loan from Bundesliga side Hamburg.
Football Insider Verdict
Cibicki hasn’t had the best record in Sweden with Malmo but the fact that he has attracted attention from Manchester United means that he is definitely a player that is worth looking out for in the future. The deal now appears to be done as far as Leeds are concerned and all that remains is an official announcement from the club. It’s unlikely that the Swedish forward will be able to replace the goals that Chris Wood has scored in recent times at Elland Road but it was a doubt that Leeds would be able to find someone who for a similar price would have been able to. The Whites seem to have chosen quantity over quality, and that might not be a good thing.
