Bolasie responds angrily to Jenas Everton striker claim
By Harvey Byrne
Yannick Bolasie was not happy on Friday evening after Jermaine Jenas put Everton star Romelu Lukaku’s name forward to replace Diego Costa at Chelsea.
The 27-year-old Toffees winger was brought in as a guest for Friday evening’s BBC Five Live Sport radio show on the same day which saw Costa dropped from the Blues’ squad.
This has has seen the Spaniard’s future in London fall into doubt, with there also being reports that a club from China have offered to take him in a £30million-a-year deal.
BBC Sports pundit Jenas believes that Chelsea should reinvest in former striker Lukaku, but Bolasie responded hastily, saying he was “out of bounds”.
“I’ll tell you who can do a job, Lukaku,” started Jenas when talking about Costa’s replacement on the radio show.

Which brought a curt response from Bolasie, who stated: “He’s out of bounds.”
However, Jenas believed a huge fee could tempt the Toffees, returning with: “Not for £50million he’s not, mate.”
But, Bolasie still responded that the striker was not available.

Bolasie made the switch to Everton from Crystal Palace in the summer for a huge £25million and he immediately hit it off with teammate Lukaku on and off the pitch.
The pacy winger even revealed that the pair can speak a different language to cause confusion to opposition defences.
Bolasie is currently expected to miss the rest of the campaign with a cruciate knee ligament injury suffered in December.
However, when he does return he will be hoping he can once again play alongside star forward Lukaku in the Everton attack.
