The former Zimbabwe international made eight appearances for QPR this season, but all of those came from the bench and amounted to less than 60 minutes on the pitch in total.

He did not feature in any of the West London side’s last six matchday squads.

Bonne spent one full season at The Valley in 2019-20, netting 11 times in 33 appearances as they were relegated to League One.

He began his career at Colchester United and has also turned out for Leyton Orient as well as loan spells at Lincoln City, Woking and Ipswich Town.

Suitors Charlton Athletic, who lost 3-0 against Man United in Tuesday’s (10 January) League Cup quarter-final, are currently 12th in the third tier.

Football Insider revealed on Tuesday (10 January) that the Addick are leading the race to sign 24-year-old Blackburn Rovers defender Tayo Edun on loan.
