Confirmed Newcastle line-up v Huddersfield: 21-year-old makes first start in three changes

Rafa Benitez has announced his starting XI for his team’s second Premier League game of the season.
Newcastle’s return to the Premier League has been a tough one to date, with a visit from high-flying Tottenham last Sunday.
Newcastle lost Jonjo Shelvey to a red card early on in the second half after he was seen to stand on Dele Alli.
They held out until the 61st minute, when Alli scored his first goal of the season, before defender Ben Davies secured the three points in the 70th minute.
Shelvey is out suspended for the game this afternoon at newly-promoted Huddersfield, and news summer signing Mikel Merino comes in to replace him.

Florian Lejeune and Paul Dummett also drop out with injuries, with Jamaal Lascelles and Chancel Mbemba coming into the side.
New striker signing Joselu is on the bench.

Huddersfield were another the promoted teams from the Championship last season after coming through the play-offs.
They enjoyed a much better start to the season, beating Crystal Palace 3-0 away in one of the standout results of the opening weekend of Premier League fixtures.
David Wagner will be looking to keep that fast start going in front of their home fans this afternoon and heap more pressure on Benitez.
The game kicks off at 1.30pm.
