Mauricio Pochettino is set to rotate his team for the visit to Brighton on Tuesday, with Lucas Moura set to start and Fernando Llorente back in contention.
Alasdair Gold, a ajournalist with Football.London, said that Pochettino had told him the news directly, and that Toby Alderwiereld would be in the squad.
Gold posted the team news on his Twitter page on Monday lunchtime.
Poch just told me he will rotate players for tomorrow night's game. Lucas Moura is pushing for a start and Llorente is back now in contention after his problem the other day. Poch didn't want to go into it as it was a private matter. Toby Alderweireld will be in the squad he said

Pochettino has one eye on the FA Cup final against Man United as he looks to finally land his first piece of silverware.
Moura has only made three cameo appearances in the Premier League, totalling 48 minutes, but could be set for his start.
Gold also made mention of a problem that Llorente had said but that Pochettino didn’t want to go into it as it was a private matter.
Football Insider verdict:
Tottenham fans would love to see Moura start for Spurs and would be thrilled to see Alderweireld back in the squad after fearing he might have played his last game for Tottenham. However, Llorente, they could probably do without. Kane won’t want to sit this one out as he’s still chasing the Golden Boot, but ultimately the FA Cup will take priority.
