Tottenham have finally announced the signing of PSG winger Lucas Moura on Wednesday night before their crunch Premier League game with Man United.
They released a tweet introducing Moura with a hashtag “BemVindo Lucas”, which translates as “Welcome Lucas”.
The news was announced on the official Tottenham Twitter page.

The news comes just after a tweet from an ESPN journalist who said that the deal would go through but that the club had had to do some last-minute haggling.
It was reported that Moura has signed a five-and-a-half year deal for a total of £25million that could rise to £28million including potential bonuses.
PSG's Lucas Moura to Tottenham Hotspur will still go through. There was some late haggling over bonuses but I am led to believe that the Brazilian has penned a 5.5-year contract & will wear the No. 27 shirt. €28m fee plus €4m in potential bonuses. #Spurs #THFC #COYS

Football Insider verdict:
This one has been expected for a long time but it took Tottenham until late on deadline day to finally confirm the move. If reports are to be believed the fee will total £28m, which would include potential bonuses. The 25-year-old Brazilian winger could now get to be paraded at Wembley in the top-tier Premier League match against Man United tonight. It’s a great bit of business for Pochettino for a player who cost PSG £36million four years ago. He’ll expect to push for a first-team place from the off and he will compliment Tottenham’s already star-studded attack.
In other Tottenham transfer news, a flop could see his summer deal torn up after a major bombshell.
