Tottenham have still not given up hope of completing a stunning deadline day swoop for Saido Berahino after loaning Alex Pritchard to West Brom, Football Insider sources understand.
Spurs have reached an agreement with the Midlands club for England Under-21 international Pritchard to move on loan until the end of the season.
A Tottenham source has told Football Insider that Pritchard has been allowed to join West Brom partly to smooth negotiations between the two clubs over Berahino.

Pritchard had a successful loan spell at Brentford last season, where he scored 12 goals and supplied seven assists in 47 appearances for the Championship club.
