Major update on Rangers bid to sign soon-available English forward - Ibrox Sources
Rangers will have to bide their time as they attempt to prise English rising star Rayhaan Tulloch from West Brom, Football Insider understands.
The Scottish giants are keeping a close eye on the forward, 19, ahead of his contract at the English Championship leaders expiring in the summer.
Ibrox sources have told Football Insider that Tulloch is aware of their interest as well as that of European big guns RB Leipzig and Marseille.
However, he remains locked in talks with West Brom over a new contract and he could still remain at the club.
This comes after Football Insider revealed last weekend that, contrary to reports, West Brom were still in talks with Tulloch over a new deal.
Slaven Bilic’s side had their first contract offer to Tulloch in November knocked back but returned to the negotiating table with a fresh offer earlier this month.

West Brom are running out of time to extend his first professional contract, signed back in March 2018.
The Baggies do not want to lose the highly rated and versatile forward, who can play down the middle as the attack spearhead or on both flanks.
Football Insider revealed last month that the Rangers had registered their interest in Tulloch amid rival interest from Olympique Marseille and RB Leipzig.
Tulloch made the fourth of his West Brom first-team appearances in the FA Cup win over West Ham last month after prolific form for the club’s Under-23s this season.
He has scored nine goals and provided four assists from 14 Premier League 2 matches, including a glut of goals since the turn of the year.
