Rangers are “expected” to sign Liverpool midfielder Ovie Ejaria on loan this week, according to a report, and Gers fans are pretty unimpressed by the news.
According to the Scottish Sun, Gers boss Steven Gerrard is set to use his Anfield links to confirm the first, of what is expected to be a few, loans from the Premier League giants this summer.
Ejaria – who is eligible for England and Nigeria – spent the second-half of the season on loan with Sunderland, making 11 appearances for the Black Cats as they failed to avoid relegation from the Championship, and Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is happy to let the player continue his development at Ibrox under Gerrard.
Gers fans took to Twitter after reports emerged – with one fan saying the Light Blues “don’t need any midfielders.”
Here are some of their comments on Twitter:

We'll see Re Ejaria but it's Solanke I'm really wanting. That would be a big signing.

Gerrard took the reins at Ibrox on Friday and is expected to oversee a massive rebuild of the Gers squad as he looks to end Celtic’s monopoly on the Scottish Premiership title.
With a little under a fortnight until the Gers return for pre-season training, Gerrard needs to get players in quickly if he wants to bed them in before the Light Blues’ first competitive game on July 12th.
