Newcastle United fans are convinced this will be a big season for Sandro Tonali after new training footage emerged at Darsley Park.
Tonali returned to training along with the rest of the squad, leading fans to insist he will come back with a bang after his lengthy absence.
The 24-year-old missed the majority of last season after he was suspended for multiple breaches of the FA’s betting rules.
Having arrived at St James’ Park from AC Milan in a £55million deal last summer, signing a five-year contract, this season will be his first full year in a Newcastle shirt.
It is likely the midfielder will make his return when Newcastle face a visit from Tottenham in the Premier League on 1 September – the first game after his ban is lifted.

The club have released training images and videos over the past week, with Tonali featuring prominently across their social media channels.
Fans have insisted the Italian will be named the club’s Player of the Season come next summer, while others raised high expectations for his return.
Many supporters pointed towards his likely return against Tottenham as they count down the days to see Tonali back in a Newcastle kit.
