'Potential to be one hell of a prolific striker' – Rangers fans react as Murty confirms deal for loan exit of striker

Rangers have today announced that striker Ryan Hardie has left the club on loan to Livingston until the end of the season, and Rangers fans are disappointed.
The Light Blues confirmed the news today via their club Twitter feed and website but many supporters were up in arms as they felt the youngster has not been given enough of an opportunity.

And the transfer even led to calls for Eduardo Herrera being shown the exit door instead of the 20-year-old Scot, with one asking, ‘could we not have loaned them Herrera instead?’
Hardie has notched up eight appearances for the Scottish giants, registering one goal in that time, against Dumbarton in the Scottish League Challenge Cup.
This is the striker’s fourth spell away from the club, having twice been at Raith and once at St Mirren.
And the forward could go straight into his new team’s starting XI for Livingston’s visit of Dumbarton to the Tony Macaroni Stadium a week on Saturday after this weekend’s cup match against Falkirk was postponed to a bad weather.
