Rangers manager Danny Rohl cannot be trusted to lead the club any further after failing to get the best out of Andreas Skov Olsen despite pushing to sign him in January.
Rohl is feeling the heat at Ibrox after Rangers’ huge drop off in form towards the end of the Premiership season saw them finish 10 points behind eventual champions Celtic.
The German boss is not set to be relieved of his duties despite their struggles, even though the majority of Gers fans do not believe he is the right man to lead the club forward.

Rohl identified Skov Olsen as a priority target in the winter window, with Rangers in clear need of attacking additions to aid their title challenge.
The Danish winger soon arrived on a short-term loan deal from Wolfsburg to bolster their depth, as a £9million option-to-buy clause was also included in the move.

Speaking to the media after his arrival, Rohl said: “I’ve been asking for a left footer on the right side, so it gives us different profiles. He scored a lot of goals in Brugge, and now it’s about us. If he comes, and if we can bring him back to his best performance, then of course he’d be a good loan signing.”
The Wolfsburg winger managed to notch just four goal contributions in his time at the club, and Rangers Review have now reported that the club will not be exercising the option to buy him this summer.
Rohl’s complete failure to get the best out of Skov Olsen should be a huge red flag to Rangers’ owners, as he joined with high expectations and was clearly someone fancied by the manager in particular.
It seems bizarre that Rangers are content to give Rohl the chance to build another squad this summer, even though his headline January recruit struggled to make any kind of impact.
Skov Olsen showed glimpses of his talent at Ibrox, but Rohl said himself that it was on him and his coaches to get the best out of him, and they did nothing of the sort.
