Rangers defender Declan John faces a month on the sidelines with a groin injury, according to a club insider, and Gers fans are terrified of the prospect of Lee Hodson getting the nod to replace him.
Fans blog Four Lads Had a Dream, which has emerged as a hugely reliable source of news surrounding the Ibrox club in recent months, revealed the news on Monday night on their Twitter account.

John has been a mainstay in the first-team since injury forced Lee Wallace out of action and the 22-year-old has impressed fans with his performances at left-back.
Gers fans have seen enough of Northern Ireland international Hodson that one would rather play with ten men that start the full-back.

Captain Lee Wallace and Andy Halliday are other options the Gers could go with on Tuesday night when they face St. Johnstone at McDiarmid Park.
With a Scottish Cup quarter-final and then an Old Firm clash with Celtic coming up over the next few weeks the loss of John will be a huge blow for the Ibrox giants.
The Welsh first teamer initially joined the Gers on a season-long loan from Cardiff City before agreeing a permanent switch in December and penning a three-and-a-half year contract.
In other Rangers news, controversial TalkSport host Adrian Durham has claimed that this key Celtic man must quit Parkhead at the end of the season because of the Light Blues.
