Daniel Candeias delivers Twitter verdict on Rangers win v St Johnstone
Rangers winger Daniel Candeias has called the Gers showing in the 4-1 win over St. Johnstone “another great performance” as the Light Blues won their fifth game on the spin.
The Gers were dominant against Tommy Wright’s side and despite taking their foot off the gas in the second-half never looked in trouble at McDiarmid Park.
Candeias put in another fine shift for the Gers as he helped them close the gap on leaders Celtic to six points ahead of the upcoming Old Firm clash on March 11th.

The 30-year-old has been a revelation since arriving at Ibrox from Benfica last summer and has contributed more assists for his side than any other player in the Scottish Premiership this season.
Candeias has formed a fantastic understanding with James Tavernier down the right for the Ibrox giants with both players surely in the running for the player of the year awards at the end of the campaign.
After his fantastic debut season at Ibrox, Gers fans will surely want to see the winger handed an extension to his deal which expires at the end of next season.
Candeias has made 34 appearances for the Light Blues, scoring fives and chipping in with nine assists this season.
