Scott Brown delivers message to Celtic fans on anniversary of 'Broony' v Rangers
Scott Brown has responded to the seven year anniversary of his infamous goal celebration in a Scottish Cup game against Rangers.
Brown scored the equalising goal in a 2-2 draw in front of the away fans and when to celebrate in front of Rangers player El Hadji Diouf.
Diouf was seen to react slightly before other Celtic players gathered brown up.
The celebration, now known as ‘The Broony’ is pretty contentious with Celtic and Rangers fans, and both were out in force today after Celtic tweed about the anniversary earlier on Tuesday.
Following that tweet Scott Brown delivered his own message to the fans saying, “Seven years ago today and still going strong”.
He ended his tweet with some hashtags, including “#goodtimes” and also posted the message and the video on his Instagram account.

Rangers got the last laugh that season by winning the league and cup double.
But in terms of recent history since 2011, you could definitely say that Celtic have had by far the better of it.
