Liverpool’s Adam Lallana has stepped up his training as he looks to return from injury in the next few weeks.
The 28-year-old posted a picture of himself at Liverpool’s Melwood training ground on Thursday as he makes strides towards recovering from a thigh injury he sustained a month ago.
Lallana suffered his setback will playing in England’s 2-0 World Cup qualifier win against Lithuania in March.
His last appearances for the Reds came in the 2-2 draw with Manchester City a month ago.
“Work, sleep, repeat…. another good session completed. More still to do,” said Lallana on his personal Twitter account.

Liverpool welcome Crystal Palace to Anfield on Saturday in their next fixture, but Lallana is not expected to make a return against Sam Allardyce’s side.
According to reliable journalist Ben Dinnery, the former Southampton midfielder is likely to be fit in time for the trip to Watford on May 1.
Jurgen Klopp will have been without Lallana for five games if he returns for the Vicarage Road showdown.
It is still a huge boost for Liverpool though, as they will need their key players back to full fitness as they look to qualify for next season’s Champions League.
The Merseyside club are currently third in the Premier League with five games to go. However historic rivals Manchester United are six points behind them with two games in hand.
In other Liverpool news, Klopp has been handed this double blow ahead of the Palace clash.
