Highly-rated youngster McCrorie has been a revelation since first brought into the side under Pedro Caixinha
He was initially played as a defender against the likes of Celtic and Partick Thistle, but interim manager Graeme Murty has recently played him in a midfield role recently to great success.
McInnes may have moved him back into the defensive position that he doesn’t look as comfortable in or could have completely dropped him from the side all together.
McCorie should be a regular in his new position until the next permanent manager comes in at Ibrox.
