Tottenham star Dominic Solanke reacts to Hamza Choudhury’s emotional message
Tottenham striker Dominic Solanke has reacted to an emotional message shared by Leicester City midfielder Hamza Choudhury.
Choudhury joined Sheffield United on loan from the Foxes in the winter transfer window, but could not help the Blades win promotion back to the Premier League.
The South Yorkshire club instead lost to Sunderland in the Championship playoff final, while Sheffield United are weighing up sacking Chris Wilder, as exclusively revealed by Football Insider.
Choudhury will now hope to help Leicester earn their second promotion in three seasons, after helping the East Midlands club win the second-tier title in 2024.

Solanke reacts as Choudhury shares message on international duty
The Leicester midfielder became the first Premier League player to play for Bangladesh when he made his senior international debut in March.
He is now set to represent Bangladesh against Singapore on Tuesday, 10 June, while taking to Instagram [3 June], Choudhury posted: “So happy to be back in Dhaka and experience the nation’s stadium for the first time , Alhamdullilah.”
The post attracted a like from Tottenham striker Solanke, who scored 16 goals in 45 appearances across all competitions for Spurs this term.
Tottenham could sell Son Heung-Min
While Solanke is not currently on international duty unlike Choudhury, Tottenham are set for a busy summer transfer window following a difficult Premier League campaign.

Despite winning the Europa League final against Manchester United last month, Spurs have endured a largely dismal season, finishing just 17th in the top flight.
Meanwhile, with Ange Postecoglou set for the sack, the North Londoners must recruit well this summer to give the Australian’s successor the best possible start to life in the dugout.
Tottenham could sell Son Heung-Min to fund a move for Eberechi Eze, who endured a stellar season for Crystal Palace, helping the South London club win the FA Cup.
Despite that success, the England international could be tempted to join Spurs to test his quality in the Champions League and potentially bolster his chances of Three Lions selection ahead of the 2026 World Cup.
Meanwhile, Tottenham News have exclusively revealed that the North London club lead the race to sign Leroy Sane.
