'Tim Sherwood levels of ego' - Tottenham fans trash Sol Campbell after extraordinary rant

Former Tottenham captain Sol Campbell has publicly come out and said that he cannot believe that he wasn’t considered for the Oxford United managerial position, believing that he is “one of the greatest minds in football.”
The Gunners title and FA Cup winner had held talks with the League One side over the vacant managerial position after Pep Clotet was sacked in January.
But Craig Bellamy is now expected to get the job with the U’s and it is a decision that the ex-centre-back is clearly unhappy about.
Campbell told the Highbury and Heels podcast: “I did go (for the Oxford job) and they didn’t accept me.
“I’m intelligent enough, it’s not like I played on a fox and dog pitch all my life. I can’t believe some people, I’m one of the greatest minds in football and I’m being wasted because of a lack of experience or ‘maybe he talks his mind too much’.”
But Campbell, who moved to Spurs’ fierce rivals Arsenal in order to increase his chances of winning medals, was ridiculed on social media for his outburst and supporters of the club took to Twitter to react to their ex-defender’s comments.
The Lillywhites faithful have not forgotten and never will forget how a player who was their star man at the time that the Gunners came calling, could leave them.
It would seem that supporters are hitting Arsenal from any angle they can at the moment and following Thursday night’s defeat against Ostersunds at the Emirates, Twitter went into overdrive with Spurs fans slaughtering their North London foes.
Here is a selection of Tweets from Tottenham fans trashing Campbell:
