Alan Hutton admits that he fears the arrival of Kemar Roofe and Cedric Itten could spell the end of Alfredo Morelos at Rangers.
The former Rangers defender, speaking exclusively to Football Insider assistant editor Russell Edge, believes that the two new striker signings may mean the Colombian will be on the move in the near future.
Both Itten, 23, and Roofe, 27, signed a four-year deals at Ibrox on Tuesday after they signed from St Gallen and Anderlecht respectively.

Hutton believes that the arrival of not one but two new centre-forwards may suggest that Morelos’ time at Ibrox is coming to an end and admits he would not be surprised to see him leave over the next week.
Asked what he made of Itten’s arrival, Hutton told Football Insider: “I was looking him up yesterday, I didn’t know too much about him so I was looking up his stats and he’s got an impressive record.
“It did make me sit and wonder, again, is Morelos on the move. There’s another striker that you’re bringing in and look, Defoe has had a niggly injury but it’s not a long-term one, he’s going to be back soon so I was thinking why would you bring in two strikers?
“Alarm bells start to ring thinking that maybe Morelos is going to be on the move and there’s another striker coming in. It honestly wouldn’t surprise me if we did see some sort of movement there in the next week or so.”
Morelos started for Rangers in their season opener against Aberdeen and set up Ryan Kent for the only goal of the game.
He scored 29 times in 46 games in all competitions for the last season, although only one of his strikes came after the winter break.
