QPR winger

Bright Osayi-Samuel is set to quit QPR for Fenerbahce within the next 48 hours, Football Insider can exclusively reveal.

This site revealed on 16 January the cash-strapped Championship club were in talks about fast-tracking the forward’s move to Turkey this month rather than in the summer.

A QPR source has told Football Insider that an agreement has now been secured between director of football Les Ferdinand and his counterpart Emre over an immediate move.

Osayi-Samuel has been given the green light to head to Turkey in the next 48 hours to complete the move and link up with his new teammates.

It is not yet know how much QPR have accepted for the star but they had been negotiating a £750,000 fee.

Losing Osayi-Samuel for the second half of the season is a major blow for manager Mark Warburton.

Turkish giants Fenerbache have instead won the race and tied Osayi-Samuel to a four-year deal.

Osayi-Samuel has spent the last three-and-a-half years at Loftus Road after making his name at Blackpool.
