Rangers have completed the loan signing of Nottingham Forest striker Jason Cummings on loan until the end of the season, according to a reliable journalist.
Keith Jackson, a journalist with the Daily Record, announced the news on his personal Twitter page on Monday evening.

Jackson claimed the player was on his way to Ibrox to pose for pictures and that an option to buh was part of the deal.
The Daily Record followed up with a report confirming that the player would become Murty’s fourth signing of the January window.
He follows Declan John, Sean Goss and Jamie Murphy into Ibrox and the Daily Record claim that even more players are set to follow.
Russell Martin, Jordan Jones and Greg Docherty have all been linked heavily with a move to Rangers.
Football Insider verdict:
Celtic fans must be sitting and watching all of these Rangers deals coming in and wondering what’s going on. Murty has already added four names to his squad and more are eported to be on their way. They’re all solid signings as well – a vast difference from the players that were coming in under Pedro Caixinha’s doomed reign. Celtic fans might not have any reason to feel alarmed at the quality of players Murty is signing, but it’s a fact that Rangers are strengthening and, so far, Celtic aren’t. That will be music to the ears of Rangers fans.
In other Rangers news, the Gers are expected to announce this done deal within hours after a medical is scheduled.
