Maddison excited by next adventure
Taking to Instagram, Maddison shared his excitement on the club embarking on their pre-season tour of Asia.
The midfielder was pictured on a plane next to Spurs star Brennan Johnson, which was liked by Solanke.
The striker also responded with the message: “Get the watch in.”
Spurs have started their pre-season with friendly matches against Luton Town, Wycombe and Reading, but preparations will now be taken up a notch on tour.
They will face North London rivals Arsenal before playing fellow Premier League club Newcastle, in two stern tests for new boss Frank.
Maddison could benefit from Gibbs-White saga
Football Insider Verdict
Maddison would have faced stiff competition from Gibbs-White for a place in the starting line-up should the Forest star had arrived in North London.

However, with Arsenal seemingly winning the race to sign Crystal Palace ace Eberechi Eze, Maddison could be set to play a greater part under Frank than first expected.
